Stories of our employees
I became part of a great team from the first days. The atmosphere at PEGATRON is friendly and supportive, which helped me adapt very quickly. Working with servicing laptops has become my hobby. I have a passion for technology and the opportunity to learn every day gives me energy and motivation. What really surprised me was the openness of my superiors. They are always ready to help me and give me valuable advice. Thanks to them I have learned how to better navigate the industry and how to solve problems efficiently. This support has given me the confidence that I can achieve my goals. But it's not just the work - the friendships I have found here also give me great joy. Our activities together, whether in the mountains or travelling to different countries, strengthen our relationships and help us work together as a great team.
In the future, I would like to work in the engineering department. I know that to do this I need to continue to work on my skills and improve my language, but I am confident that with the support of my colleagues and the training available I can do this. PEGATRON has not only provided me with a job but also the opportunity for continuous development.
Thanks to company benefits such as the Multisport card and Sareza card, I can take better care of my health. If you are looking for a place where you can grow, learn and become part of a strong team, PEGATRON is the right choice.

My main goal is to lead the team to achieve common goals and ensure that each team member has the space to develop their skills. I strive to create an environment where every member is an asset and we all work together. I strive to provide a space for everyone to communicate and give feedback to each other. The main goal of our team is to complete projects on time with quality standards while continuously improving. When employees come to me, I always address their current issue with them and give them advice.
In terms of education, in the past I have attended Excel or English language courses, which I continue to attend. I started to learn English from scratch, the tutor is very nice and now I am able to translate texts all by myself. The main benefits I actively use are the multisport card and pension insurance or the transport allowance.
I never expected that I, who am not the downright technical type, would be working as a team leader and I very much appreciate this opportunity. I would like to inspire other people not to be afraid to take on new challenges, because working with people is challenging but beautiful at the same time.

Shortly after my return, an incredible opportunity opened up for me—a three-month trip to the US. It was a dream work trip for me. It was my first time visiting the American continent, and it moved me forward incredibly, both personally and linguistically.
I started out in a warehouse in the US and then moved on to testing laptops. My colleagues and I had cars at our disposal and traveled as much as we could in our free time. I was most impressed by Nashville—the city was incredibly lively, had an amazing atmosphere, and beautiful parks. We also visited Chicago, but Nashville remained close to my heart.
Career growth and team support
After returning from America, my leader encouraged me to apply for an assistant position. Her support and recommendation were crucial for me. I successfully passed the selection process, completed the necessary training, and now work as an Assistant Engineer.
I really appreciate the relationship I have with my supervisor at work. My manager and I get along very well and can agree on everything. I also have a great team. My colleagues and I work together, help each other, and are able to cover for each other.
If I had to pick one benefit, it would definitely be English. The courses gave me tremendous added value and thanks to them I felt much more confident in the US. I also regularly take advantage of subsidized lunches and, more recently, breakfasts, which is a great start to the day. A nice bonus is the transportation allowance, which makes my daily commute easier.
I am currently happy in my role as Assistant Engineer and glad to be back at PCZ.

In our company, I appreciate not only the pleasant working environment, but also the opportunity for career growth, the possibility to eat daily in the company canteen and last but not least the transport allowance. I regularly participate in company parties and activities, which creates memorable social moments. All in all, I can say that I am not only a satisfied employee in our company, but also remain fully engaged in my work. I would love to continue my professional development in this inspiring and stimulating work environment.

Over the years we have successfully dealt with all the challenges that have come our way. We have caught all the findings, and now have standards in place that are constantly adapting to new technologies. Consumption is lower and our processes are more efficient. Revisions have become easier, and we are able to advise thanks to our experience.
There is a great atmosphere in our small team of four. We work together collectively, give each other advice and solve all situations together. What I like most about my job is the variety. I avoid stereotypes and every day is different from the previous one.
In the last year we have focused a lot on renovation and revitalization. We're redoing the HVAC system and exploring modern materials and techniques. We're constantly trying to educate ourselves to do our jobs even better. We have a lot of projects underway now, and we're also collaborating across departments, especially with the GA department.
As well as the technical side of the job, I now do administrative tasks - from ordering to quotations to keeping an eye on revisions and purchasing materials. I would like to mention that I enjoy using my SAREZA card and going out to lunch, which I really appreciate. Every day is a new challenge, and I look forward to what tomorrow brings!
