My story at Pegatron began in 2006 as a technician, where I started out doing service work and building lines. From the very beginning I had the opportunity to learn and develop, and thanks to the support of my superiors I gradually worked my way up from engineer to supervisor and finally to FE/CapEx department manager. I currently lead a team of eight people and am proud of what we have achieved together.

My story at Pegatron began in 2018 when I started as an agency employee as an operator. It has now been 6 years, but I remember my first day like it was yesterday. A short time after I joined, organizational changes were made and I was given the opportunity to work in the quality department. Today I am extremely grateful for this offer, because until then I would never have thought I could do the job in the quality department. However, my supervisor was convinced that there was something more to me and gave me the opportunity to learn new work processes and thus gain a higher position as a quality inspector. My efforts were noticed by my colleagues and when a position became available, I was their first choice.
