Since I joined Pegatron in 2017, I have been on an incredible journey, I have experienced development not only in technical skills but also personal development. My journey started as an operator through an agency, although I have a background in economics, I have always been fascinated by electricity so I decided to develop myself in this field.

My story at Pegatron began in 2018 when I started as an agency employee as an operator. It has now been 6 years, but I remember my first day like it was yesterday. A short time after I joined, organizational changes were made and I was given the opportunity to work in the quality department. Today I am extremely grateful for this offer, because until then I would never have thought I could do the job in the quality department. However, my supervisor was convinced that there was something more to me and gave me the opportunity to learn new work processes and thus gain a higher position as a quality inspector. My efforts were noticed by my colleagues and when a position became available, I was their first choice.

Jan Engineer My entry into the engineering team was marked from the start by positive energy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As time went on, I took on more and more responsibility and began to actively participate in various projects, including coaching assignments, design for 3D printing, and IE projects.
Working in a team is important to me, and meeting together helps us solve complex tasks efficiently. My colleague and I often deal with unconventional situations, which brings another dimension and challenge to the work.

I strive to provide a space for everyone to communicate and give feedback to each other.The main goal of our team is to complete projects on time with quality standards while continuously improving. When employees come to me, I always address their current issue with them and give them advice.
In terms of education, in the past I have attended Excel or English language courses, which I continue to attend. I started to learn English from scratch, the tutor is very nice and now I am able to translate texts all by myself. I never expected that I, who am not the downright technical type, would be working as a team leader and I very much appreciate this opportunity. Lucie Quality technician Working at Pegatron allows me not only professional but also personal development. Pegatron organises various activities outside of work for its employees and our loved ones. This year I was very interested in the charity run and thanks to this event I found a new hobby. I started to participate in these events personally. I enjoy running very much and have set myself interesting goals for the future in this respect. Radek ACC Professional In my job framework I am responsible for material invoicing, treasury management and a diverse reporting process. We have a strong bond within the team, advising and collaborating with each other to achieve more efficient results. Working as a team is inspiring and I am happy that our collaboration goes beyond individual achievements.
We recently successfully completed a key step in the transition to the new SAP system. During this process, I had the opportunity to contribute my skills in solving challenges and at the same time I was involved in the communication between our parent office and the Czech office. This experience has opened up new perspectives and strengthened my skills. Working with SAP is a challenge for me and a new area that I can still work on.
I am really happy with my management because the approach she has to her subordinates is very close to me and I like her leadership style. Job description

  • Performing analysis of our laptops and phones, especially identifying and fixing defects.
  • Testing the functionality of products after repairs have been made.
  • Recording repair results in our internal system.

Requirements

  • Secondary education in electrical engineering or IT is an advantage.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Knowledge of Act 250/2021 Coll. is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Ability to think logically and analytically.
    Manual dexterity.
  • Communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good knowledge of computer technology.

    Job description

    • Communication between suppliers (manufacturing plants and customer, Mexico, Taiwan, Germany, China) is key.
    • Team management: mentor for a team of people, workflows
    • Reporting and data analysis for the customer
    • Training abroad on products, organizational structure, production process (Mexico, Taiwan)

     

    • Work environment: office, warehouse, production
    • Working time Monday to Friday, flexibility in dealing with unexpected situations
    • Fixed-term contract: min.1 year
    • Company car will be provided by company

    Requirements

    • Electrotechnical background- high school/university
    • 3+ years of experience in the electrotechnical, automotive industry (quality or FAE) other relevant field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
    • Strong knowledge of electrotechnical engineering (software, hardware)
    • Technical drawing readings
    • 8D report, quality requirement understanding
    • Excel, level 3
    • English level B2, German level B2, Polish as advantage
