Working in a team is important to me, and meeting together helps us solve complex tasks efficiently. My colleague and I often deal with unconventional situations, which brings another dimension and challenge to the work.

I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel to the United States several times over the years, specifically to the Louisville, Kentucky office. The accommodations have been great, and I have been able to enjoy traveling around the US in addition to my work. The city offers a wide variety of international cuisines and meeting people of different nationalities. I am happy in our company and look forward to new challenges.
In terms of education, in the past I have attended Excel or English language courses, which I continue to attend. I started to learn English from scratch, the tutor is very nice and now I am able to translate texts all by myself. The main benefits I actively use are the multisport card and pension insurance or the transport allowance.
I never expected that I, who am not the downright technical type, would be working as a team leader and I very much appreciate this opportunity. I would like to inspire other people not to be afraid to take on new challenges, because working with people is challenging but beautiful at the same time.
Step by step, I gained more insight into the company's processes and procedures and became more comfortable in my job performance. I strived to continuously improve and work hard on my skills. I also developed thanks to the positive guidance of my supervisors. Over time, I became the deputy head of the department. The highlight of my career was being promoted to the position of department manager, which was a really powerful moment for me.
It is a pleasure to lead a team of great people who are passionate about their work. Communication and brainstorming are important, especially when dealing with frequent non-standard tasks. I try to be positive, handle things sensibly and motivate my co-workers.
Among the benefits that Pegatron offers, I really appreciate my parking spot right on the company premises and subsidized, hot lunches. The themed days (Easter, Halloween, Christmas party) are also nice, which make a working days special.

We recently successfully completed a key step in the transition to the new SAP system. During this process, I had the opportunity to contribute my skills in solving challenges and at the same time I was involved in the communication between our parent office and the Czech office. This experience has opened up new perspectives and strengthened my skills. Working with SAP is a challenge for me and a new area that I can still work on.
I am really happy with my management because the approach she has to her subordinates is very close to me and I like her leadership style. She creates an environment where I feel motivated to continuously improve. Career growth is not indifferent to me and I look forward to my future at PEGATRON where I aim to progress further.
